NeighborStack Notifications — NeighborStack LLC

This policy governs NeighborStack Notifications, the SMS text messaging program operated by NeighborStack LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). Through this program we send account and service notifications to home-service contractors who hold a NeighborStack account and have opted in to receive text messages. Messages include new-lead alerts (when your AI assistant captures a lead on your behalf) and account, usage, billing, and plan-status notifications about your own account.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Consent is collected on your account settings page at neighborstack.com/settings. You enter your mobile number and enable the SMS Notifications setting, which is off by default. Consent to receive text messages is voluntary, is collected separately from our Terms of Service, and is not a condition of creating an account or purchasing any service. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from NeighborStack at the number you provided.
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by disabling SMS Notifications in your account settings. After you opt out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts. Reply START to resubscribe.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
Our general data practices for the NeighborStack platform are described in our Privacy Policy, and use of the platform is governed by our Terms of Service. If anything in those documents appears to conflict with this policy with respect to the messaging program, this policy controls for mobile information and messaging consent data.
