Each plan includes a monthly allowance of calls and texts. Plans are month-to-month with no setup fee and no contract — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime.

What counts toward usage
- Calls the AI actually answers and handles count toward your included calls.
- Blocked spam never counts — it is stopped before the AI picks up.
- Suspicious calls that fail the quick screening challenge never reach the AI, so they do not count either.
If you go over your plan
Your service is never cut off for going over. You get an alert at 80% and again at 100% of your included usage, and anything beyond your plan is billed automatically at the per-call and per-text rates shown on your plan — disclosed at checkout, not discovered on an invoice.
Watch your usage on the subscription card in Settings. It shows calls and texts used this cycle, plus how many spam calls were blocked for free.
Changing plans
Upgrades and downgrades take effect right away, and mid-cycle changes are prorated — you only pay the difference for the days you use. Card and billing details are managed in a secure billing portal; our servers never see or store your card number.
