Test your AI before it goes live

The Test tab on the AI Assistant page lets you experience your AI exactly as a customer would — before a customer ever does. It always uses your current live configuration, so it is a true preview, not a demo.

Two ways to test

  • By voice — talk to your AI through your browser microphone. Same voice and knowledge as your phone line, no Twilio number needed.
  • By text — chat with your AI in the browser to quickly check answers and pricing wording.

What to check

  1. 1Does the greeting sound like your business?
  2. 2Ask for a price on each service — is the quote right, and does it explain it the way you would?
  3. 3Ask something off-topic — does it stay inside your configured boundaries and redirect politely?
  4. 4Give it a vague request — does it ask good follow-up questions instead of guessing?
Tip

Found something off? Edit the relevant service, FAQ, or setting and test again — changes apply immediately. Iterate here until it sounds right.
