Reports give you the bird's-eye view across all your conversations, over whatever window you choose — today, this week, this month, a quarter, a year, or a custom date range.
Your conversion funnel
The funnel shows how conversations turn into qualified leads, stage by stage:

| Qualified Leads | Leads that scored high enough to be worth your time (score 7+). |
Quality trends
- Average conversation quality — the mean quality score, shown as stars.
- High-quality conversations — the share that scored in the top band (4+ stars).
- Information capture rate — how often the AI collected the details you need on a qualified lead.
Two headline numbers
- Qualified Leads — the count of genuinely strong leads in the window.
- Bad Leads Filtered — low-quality conversations the AI screened out, so you can see the noise it saved you.
Tip
Everything on the page respects the date range you pick, and you can export the summary to CSV for your own records.
What reports don't cover yet
We'd rather tell you than have you go looking. These aren't in reports today:
- Average call length and peak call times.
- Revenue attribution — which booked jobs came from which lead. (Connect leads to your books or CRM for this; Zapier can feed it.)
- Customer satisfaction scoring.
Good to know
There's deliberately no "missed calls" report — once the AI answers everything, missed calls mostly stop existing.
