The dashboard is where every lead lands. It's sorted so the strongest leads sit at the top — highest quality score first — so the person most worth calling back is the one you see first.
Find the lead you want
- Status filter — show only New, Contacted, Quoted, Booked, or Lost (or everything).
- Date range — today, this week, this month, a quarter, or a custom range.
- Search — type a name, phone number, or service to jump straight to a lead.
Tip
Each lead row has one-tap Call and Text buttons, so you can follow up straight from the list without copying the number.
What each status means
Set a lead's status as you work it, so the dashboard reflects your real pipeline. You control the status — the AI just sets new ones to "New."
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| New | Just came in — nobody has worked it yet. |
| Contacted | You've reached out to the customer. |
| Quoted | You've given them a price. |
| Booked | The job is on the schedule. |
| Won | Closed — you got the job. |
| Lost | Didn't work out. |
Open a lead to see everything the AI captured
Click a lead to expand it. You get two things: the details, and what the AI actually heard.
- Details — name, phone, email, address, the service, urgency, budget, and any answers to your custom questions.
- "What your AI heard" — a plain-language summary of the conversation.
- Full conversation — open it to read the complete transcript, play back the call recording, and rate the AI's handling with a thumbs up or down.
Good to know
The quality score shows as stars (out of five). Your thumbs-up / thumbs-down on a conversation helps us keep improving the AI — it never changes your configuration on its own.
Two shortcuts worth knowing
- Morning Briefing — a card at the top with today's new leads and who still needs a callback.
- Export — download all your leads to a CSV to work them in a spreadsheet or import elsewhere.
