Setup is a guided flow at /setup that gets your AI ready to answer. Most owners finish in a single sitting of about 15 minutes. You can leave and come back — your progress is saved.
What you will do
- 1Confirm your business basics — business name, owner name, and how customers should be greeted.
- 2Add your services. Start with your top few; you can quote confidently once each service has its pricing approach set.
- 3Add a handful of FAQs — the questions customers actually ask (hours, guarantees, what areas you cover).
- 4Get your AI phone number, or choose to forward your existing business line to it.
- 5Run a test call so you hear exactly what a customer will hear before you go live.

You get one dedicated AI phone number per account. Most owners forward their existing business line to it so customers keep dialing the number they already know.
You do not have to finish everything at once
Setup covers the essentials to get answering. The deeper configuration — personality and voice, custom questions, service areas, boundaries — lives in the AI Assistant page and can be refined anytime. Changes are re-read at the start of every call, so edits go live on the very next call.
